The Library and Documentation Service (SBS/FEA), which was created in 1942 and offers one of the largest and most valuable collections in Brazil in the fields of Economics, Administration and Accountancy, is the main source of interaction between the teaching and research activities for undergraduate, graduate and extension courses at the University of São Paulo School of Economics, Administration and Accountancy.

With a view to improving its information dissemination role performance, the SBD/FEA offers its users with the necessary research support through modern technological resources and adequate infrastructure.

Attending an average of 600 users per day, SBD/FEA attends requests from the public in general by letter, phone, fax and e-mail.

The Library also offers a group study room for 30 persons.
